The WCUE Moonstone is community documented inside Mothermouth, a cave reached from the mountain-facing side of the Forest Territory. Strong route cues include the Thunderpath, higher rocky ground, and nearby mine or cave features. Exact turns can shift with terrain updates, so use those relationships and the current minimap.
Prepare before leaving camp
Choose a guide, one or two companions, and a clear starting camp. If the trip is for roleplay, agree on its purpose: leadership ceremony, medicine-cat reflection, apprentice lesson, or simple exploration. Decide whether dreams or omens are allowed and who controls them. The destination should not grant one player permission to dictate another character’s future.
Open the map and identify the Thunderpath and mountain direction. Travel during a visible time of day for the first attempt. Caves can be confusing on a small screen, so mobile players may want a slower group pace and a brighter display setting.
Reach the Mothermouth area
From central territory, move toward the mountain and Thunderpath relationship described by the live terrain. Community maps place Mothermouth on the far side of the road near rocky mountain and abandoned-mine features. Cross only where the game path permits and pause after the road to reorient.
Look for an intentional cave approach rather than any dark gap between rocks. If the route begins descending into a mine-like space, keep track of the entrance behind you. Screenshots can help, but compare the surrounding mountain and road rather than decorative details.
Navigate the cave safely
Do not assume an old teleport or shortcut still exists. If your account has a discovered-location option in the current interface, use it only after confirming the label and destination.
Run a Moonstone roleplay scene
Set expectations before characters settle. A leader or medicine cat can describe sensory impressions and personal memories, while other players decide their own dreams and interpretations. If one player offers an omen, keep it symbolic and reversible unless the group planned a specific plot.
Give the journey a return consequence: new advice to discuss, uncertainty to share, or a question for the Clan. Avoid using “StarClan said so” to force rank, exile, romance, or injury outcomes on players who did not agree.
Return without losing the group
Leave the chamber using the same route. At each fork, compare the direction of the entrance light or the landmark recorded on arrival. After exiting Mothermouth, reorient with the mountain and Thunderpath before choosing the camp direction.
If someone disconnects, agree whether to wait at the entrance, Moonstone chamber, or camp. Do not continue a major ceremony for an absent central player unless they gave permission.
Troubleshoot a failed search
If you find the mountain but not the cave, circle back to the road relationship rather than climbing every rock face. If you find an abandoned mine but no Moonstone, return to its main entrance and look for the intended connected route. Map videos may show older lighting or openings.
If the discovery does not register, walk through the center of the chamber, wait briefly, and reopen Starpedia. A missing entry may reflect interface changes or a different discovery boundary; it does not justify using third-party teleports or scripts.
Connect Moonstone to other routes
Learn the path from Fourtrees or one chosen camp first. After that, practice from another territory and name a stable midpoint such as the road or mountain approach. This creates a route you can teach without requiring players to follow a long list of left and right turns.
For general orientation, use the Clan territories guide. For medicine-cat scene structure, continue with the medicine cat guide.
Evidence and update boundary
Mothermouth, Moonstone, Thunderpath, mountain, and abandoned-mine relationships are community documented for WCUE and were checked on 2026-08-26. Exact entrances, cave turns, teleports, discoveries, and current lighting must be confirmed in the live map. Roleplay ceremony rules are server agreements, not enforced map mechanics.
